These Terms and Conditions govern your use of shaheertools.com and the software and services offered by ShaheerTools, including the Bulk AI Image Generator and ShaheerTools Voice. By using this website, buying a plan or activating a licence, you agree to these terms.
1. Our products
ShaheerTools sells software and online services for creators and businesses:
- Bulk AI Image Generator — desktop and mobile software for Windows, Mac and Android that generates images in bulk using AI.
- ShaheerTools Voice — an online text-to-speech and voice-cloning service, paid for with credit packs.
- Free online tools and articles — utilities and guides published on this website, free to use.
2. Licence
When you buy a plan, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the software for your own work, including commercial projects, while your plan is active (or, for Lifetime plans, for the lifetime of the product). You may not redistribute, resell or sublicense the software itself, share your licence key with others, or reverse-engineer the software except where the law expressly allows it. Licence keys are verified by our licence server and may be deactivated if they are shared, resold or obtained fraudulently.
3. Subscriptions and billing
Payments are processed by Whop. Plans are Monthly, Yearly and Lifetime as described at checkout; subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled, and cancelling stops future renewals — it does not refund the current period except as stated in our Refund Policy. Prices may change for future billing periods; changes will not affect a period you have already paid for. ShaheerTools Voice credit packs are one-time purchases governed by the terms published on the Voice site.
4. AI output and third-party AI services
Our products generate output with the help of third-party AI services (for example, Google Gemini — the Bulk AI Image Generator works with your own Google account, as described on the Download page). You keep all rights in the content you provide. The output generated for you is yours to use, including commercially. Because output is AI-generated, it may resemble output produced for other users, and we cannot guarantee it is unique or fit for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing your output and for how you use it.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use our website, software or services to break the law, infringe anyone’s rights, generate deceptive or impersonating content, or harm the services themselves (including excessive automated scraping of the free tools or attempts to bypass licence checks). We may suspend access for serious or repeated violations.
6. Free tools
The free online tools are provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep them available and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and results should be verified before you rely on them.
7. Refunds
Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the website, software and services are provided without warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and our total liability arising from them is limited to the amounts you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies from its publication date, and material changes will be reflected in the “last updated” date below.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will first be addressed through good-faith discussion using the contact details below.
