By purchasing the ShaheerTools Bulk Image Generator, you agree to this refund policy. Everything is explained clearly below before you pay, so there are no surprises later.

1. No Refunds for Change of Mind

Our product is a digital software license delivered instantly. The moment you buy, your license key is generated and sent to you by email and Whop message. Because delivery is instant and the key cannot be “returned”, we do NOT offer refunds if you:

Change your mind after purchase
Decide you no longer need the software
Did not use the software after buying
Bought the wrong plan without checking (please confirm your plan before paying)
Found a free alternative later

2. Check Before You Buy

Please confirm these points before paying:

The software runs on Windows PC, Mac (Apple Silicon and Intel) and Android.
It uses your own Google account with Gemini for image generation.
Monthly = 30 days, Yearly = 365 days, Lifetime = one-time payment, no renewals.
Prices: Monthly $5, Yearly $50, Lifetime $150 (sale prices follow the same policy).

3. The Only Exception: Genuine Technical Failure

If the software does not work at all and our support team cannot fix it for you, we will consider a refund. To qualify:

Give us a fair chance to fix the problem.
Request within 7 days of purchase.

4. Subscriptions

You can cancel your subscription anytime from your Whop account. Cancellation stops future charges. The current paid period is not refunded.

5. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback instead of contacting us, your license key will be revoked immediately and you will be blocked from future purchases.

Q: I changed my mind. Can I get a refund?
A: No. Change of mind is not refundable.

Q: I did not use the software. Refund?
A: No. Your key was delivered instantly and cannot be returned.

Q: I bought the wrong plan.
A: Contact us — in most cases we can help you switch plans.

Q: The software is not working on my PC.
A: Contact support first. If we genuinely cannot fix it within 7 days of purchase, a refund will be considered.

Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: Cancel anytime from your Whop account. The current period is not refunded.

Q: I found a free alternative.
A: That is a change of mind — not refundable.
